This article summarizes the problems in the process of using the equipment for the bluetooth tire pressure monitoring system and has a reference significance for the early design selection of the equipment. Personal solutions are provided for some problems, which can enrich the special research database of the equipment.
As the vehicle enters the matching station, after the changing tire pressure sensor receives the information, the equipment arranges the order according to the VIN code of the workshop network, and obtains the current matching vehicle VIN code information.
At this time, the trigger sends a 125 kHz low-frequency signal to trigger the sensor. The indicator on the front right tire position flashes. The tpms tire pressure sensor responds to the low-frequency trigger command through the high-frequency signal. When the matching device receives sensor data with low-frequency trigger response information, store the information of the right front tire sensor (ID, location, current status, pressure, temperature, etc.) in the RAM of the matching device (or the receiver’s In RAM), after saving, the trigger stops triggering.
After learning the right front car tire sensor, the trigger sends a low-frequency signal of 125 kHz to trigger the sensor. At this time, the indicator light of the position of the left front tire flashes. The sensor responds to the trigger command of the low-frequency signal of the trigger through the high-frequency signal. When receiving sensor data with low-frequency trigger response information, store the information of the left front tire sensor (ID, location, current status, pressure, temperature, etc.) in the RAM of the matching device (or in the RAM of the receiver) and save it. After completion, the trigger stops the triggering action.
When all the sensor information of the four tires of the vehicle is stored in the matching device, the device automatically sends the VIN code of the vehicle and the corresponding four sensor information to the data writing device through the OBD harness. After the information is sent, it prompts "Information Successful Transmission", the car tire pressure monitoring system is successfully matched, and the indicator light of the device is lit. If the information transmission fails, it will prompt "Information Transmission Failed", and the offline matching device needs to be used for matching again.
Question 1: After the vehicle is triggered, the information of the four tire pressure sensor is stored in the matching device, and the communication with the vehicle cannot be established, which leads to the failure to write the matching information into the body controller (BCM).
Solution: The problem involves the establishment of contact between the device and the body controller (BCM). The existing solution is to send the trigger information to the subsequent electrical configuration flashing station after the matching device is triggered. The electrical equipment configuration flashing device completes the writing of the tire sensor information while performing configuration word flashing, thereby completing the matching of the bluetooth tyre pressure monitoring system.
Question 2: The matching device obtains the VIN code of the current matching vehicle according to the order of the VIN codes of the workshop network. Since the equipment is completely matched according to the VIN code queue information in the M V IS system, it is impossible to judge whether the VIN code obtained from the MES is the VIN code of the currently matched vehicle. If the queue information is misaligned with the actual queue on site, that is, all vehicles in the later period will be mismatched, which will cause batch quality problems for the vehicles.
Solution: The equipment is in the matching mode. This station does not arrange a special operator to scan the code, and cannot prevent errors by human operation. After analysis, the vehicle barcodes are all pasted at the fixed position of the vehicle. Therefore, a barcode automatic identification device is set up at this station to automatically recognize the vehicle barcode and obtain the vehicle VIN code information. This information is compared with the vehicle VIN code information obtained through the MES to achieve the purpose of error prevention. Due to the on-site environment, the size of the vehicle and the parking location, it is impossible to achieve 100% automatic recognition of the bar code, and it is impossible to completely rely on the bar code automatic recognition equipment. Therefore, the barcode in the MES queue is mainly used, and the automatic scanning is supplemented. If the automatically scanned barcode is different from the barcode in the MES, the actual automatic recognition of the barcode is matched to achieve the error prevention function, and the MES queue jumps directly to the automatically scanned VIN code position, so that the line vehicle sequence is consistent with the vehicle information in the MES.
Question 3: When external disturbances or the vehicle's own poor condition cause the matching equipment to fail, the tire pressure monitor sensor cannot be activated.
Solution: It is necessary to set up a repair area inside the workshop, use the repair equipment to activate the sensor, and upload the data to the MES database.
