1. Integration: With the development of electronic technology and manufacturing process, tire pressure monitoring system will be more portable and integrated in the future. This integration trend is mainly reflected in the integration of tire pressure monitoring module. By installing the pressure, temperature, acceleration sensor, 8-bit microprocessor and RF transmitting circuit in one chip, the total mass of the module is greatly reduced and the dynamic balance of tire is not damaged. In the future, the technologies that can realize passive TPMS include the following: using piezoelectric elements to convert the kinetic energy of tires into electrical energy, and storing it in capacitors. 3. Accuracy: Whether indirect or direct TPMS, improving the accuracy of tire pressure monitoring is an important way to determine the market share in the future. For indirect TPMS, the method to improve the alarm accuracy tends to improve the system algorithm. For direct TPMS, improving the detection accuracy of tire pressure sensor and anti-interference ability of wireless communication is an effective way to improve the accuracy of alarm.
