5) A pressure sensor should be installed in which the cable laying method is changed(overhead, underground).
6) For no-branched cables, the installation distance of the pressure sensor is no more than 500m, and the total number of pressure sensors is not less than 4.
7) In order to easily determine the fault point of the pressure sensor, in addition to installing the pressure sensor at the starting point, another one must be installed at a distance of 150 ~ 200m from the starting point. Of course, economic and technical factors must be considered.
If the size of the mounting hole is not suitable, the threaded part of the high temperature melt pressure sensor will be easily damaged during the installation process. This will not only affect the sealing performance of the device, but also make the sensor ineffective, and it may even cause hidden safety hazards. Only suitable mounting holes can prevent the wear of the threads (thread industry standard 1 / 2-20UNF2B).
