Generally speaking, the dynamic balance of a car refers to the balance between wheels when the vehicle is driving. Due to the original unbalance of the rotating parts, the vibration of the tire may exceed the standard allowable value when it is rotating. In order to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of drivers, dynamic balance correction is required.
Although the tire looks round, its weight may vary from place to place. Dynamic balance correction is necessary for tire balance. If tire pressure sensor is to be installed in the tire, the tire must be detached. After installation, the weight of each part of the tire will be biased, so it is important to make dynamic balance correction for the vehicle at this time. If the dynamic balance of the car is not good, it will affect the driver's control of the car, so for driving safety, it is recommended that the dynamic balance correction be carried out after installing TPMS.
The first step is to remove the car sign on the tire, install the wheel on the dynamic balancer, and select the appropriate size fixer to fix the tire. Then pull the ruler out of the dynamic balancer to measure the size of the tire and enter the measurement results into the first controller.
The second step is to measure the width of the rim with a bend ruler and enter the measurement data into the second controller.
The third step is to enter the diameter of the rim in the controller and press the "start" button.
When the test stops, the computer measures the additional weight required on the inside and outside of the rim, installs the balance weight on the outside of the rim and turns the tire. Dynamic balance is designed for a single tire only so that the tire does not deflect its centre of gravity when it rotates.
Install balance weights corresponding to the values on both sides of the hub. It is important to note that if the computer shows numbers 10 and 15 on the left and right sides, two balance weights weighing 10 and 15 should be installed on both sides of the hub at the same time. You can't just install a balance weight weighing 5 on the right side, that doesn't meet the requirements.
The owner should check the dynamic balance of the tires regularly. Tire balance is divided into dynamic balance and static balance. Dynamic imbalance of the tire will make the wheel sway, causing corrugated wear of the tire. Static imbalance will cause jerk and runout, often causing flat spots on the tire. Therefore, regularly checking the balance of the tires can not only prolong the life of the tires, but also improve the stability of the vehicle while driving, so as to avoid the traffic accidents caused by the wobble, runout and loss of control of the tires when driving at high speeds.
Vehicle dynamic balance can enhance driving comfort, reduce fuel consumption, prolong the service life of tires, maintain the stability of vehicle driving, reduce the wear of chassis parts, etc.
